These are carbon steel seamless or welded tubes conforming to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS G3444. They are designed for general structural use: civil engineering, architecture, piles, frameworks, etc. The grades STK290, STK400, STK490, STK500, STK540 denote different strength levels.
